Matt spent nearly 30 years in corporate HR and business leadership, including roles as VP of HR at Talis Biomedical, where he championed employee engagement and led a comprehensive cultural turnaround, and as North American Lead for Talent Acquisition at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where strategic hiring initiatives helped the organization nearly double in size.
He also spent 15 years managing multimillion-dollar consulting businesses, helping hundreds of companies across biotech, pharma, medical device, food, and chemical industries solve complex organizational problems and optimize their structures for growth. He has run entire HR departments, reported to CEOs, presented to public company boards, and sat on executive management teams.
He came to coaching from a personal crossroads. After yet another M&A transaction, he found himself working 50 to 60 hours a week, missing formative moments in his children's lives, and still feeling like he was rolling a rock uphill every day. He made a decision: to take everything he had built in the corporate world and bring it directly to potential and small business owners who needed it most.
